Most orders ship in 1-2 business days but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process then ship. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated. You can then track your shipment at any time. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, undeliverable or stolen packages once your order package has been passed onto the shipping carrier. Please take care in entering the correct shipping address during order placement and ensure that the package will be delivered to a safe destination.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International (non-US) customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and/or fees collected by the destination country. We are required to declare full merchandise value on the package. If the package is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and any taxes/fees that may be incurred - these amount will be deducted from the order refund. If the shipping costs and fees exceeds the merchandise refund amount, the package will not be claimed and your order will not be refunded.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sale items and curated items are final sale. All other regular priced items that are in new, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original packaging can be returned for a refund within 7 days of order delivery. Items not returned in these conditions will not be refunded. Please contact us within 7 days of order delivery to initiate a return or exchange. You are responsible for shipping your items back to us, we suggest via a trackable shipping method. Exchanges are available for domestic orders only based on product availability, please email us for regular priced item exchanges.
Items returned without Return Authorization or delivered back to us with a postmark date 14 days past the return authorization issue date will be refused and the customer will need to provide postage for us to ship the refused package back. Once the return package has been received and items pass inspection, a refund back to the original payment method or an exchange will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back into your original payment account. We do not refund original shipping costs, international duties/customs taxes or return shipping costs.
