Where are you located?
Our studio is based in Long Beach, California. Our manufacturing is done in Los Angeles, which is less than 20 minutes away without traffic.
Do you have a brick & mortar store?
We do not have a store location at this time but we do participate in designer craft fairs and local popup events where customers can shop with us in person. Please visit our Events page to see our events calendar. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Do you accept custom orders?
No, unfortunately we do not accept custom orders, this includes any made-to-measure requests or alterations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
What are your shipping options?
We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders with subtotal over $75 within continental U.S. All domestic orders under $75 will ship at a flat rate fee of $8. International orders ship at a flat rate of $22. Please note that all orders take approximately 1 to 5 business days to be processed before shipment. If you would like expedited shipping options and rates, please contact us prior to order placement for availability.
The item I want is sold out. Will you be making more?
We make all styles in small-scale, limited edition production runs and some will be restocked once they sell out. To stay up to date on new styles or restocks, please follow us on our Social Media channels - our username is @mienstudios, or sign up for our newsletter Here.
How do I return my order?
Returns are available for new and unworn items within 14 days of order delivery. Sale items and curated items are not returnable. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
How do I exchange my order?
We accept exchanges for domestic orders only within 14 days of order delivery depending on item availability. For exchanges, please let us know the item and size you desire and we will ship the replacement item once the return package has been received. Sale items and curated items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
Who do I contact for PR or marketing related requests?

Do you offer wholesale?
We are open to wholesale, collaborations and special projects with shops and boutiques with an aesthetic or ethos compatible to ours. Please email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

We currently do not offer customer service over the phone but we'd be happy to help over email correspondence. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All inquiries and requests will be answered in 24 business hours. The studio is closed on weekends and U.S. national holidays.
